TOU PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASE
Any and all terms from all disbme sites also apply here. There will be NO refunds, after graphics are downloaded or sent to you. Please make sure u want them first.

NONE OF MY GRAPHICS MAY EVER BE USED OFFLINE, OR ON ZAZZLE OR ANY OTHER SITE LIKE IT.

AS IS
If you purchase as is sets they are as is for you only, not your members. You may place them in your members area for your members to use for end use items only. You may only place them on ONE SITE and it must be an active site and password protected. You may never sell them with your site, and they may never be transfered from one site to another. Once you put them in ONE site you may never move them to another site. If you have ANY questions please ask before doing, makes it easier for both you and I”)

WP Themes
You MUST have no right click and also the no drag and drop script on your site. If you do not you can not purchase my themes, I do this to protect my work as well as the work of other artists I have used in making it. You MUST have a website. They are for your personal use only. NO sharing what so ever. I have given you a blank header so you can use it for more than one site if you so choose. Sometimes I may give you more options to make your theme more unique, You may only EDIT with the graphics I give you. NO OTHER part of my themes may be changed. May be used on personal or commercial sites. Do NOT use my themes on any site that my 3 yr old child could not look at. All credits on the footer must stay intact.

Outlines/Bases
My outlines are not to be used as is ever. Tube license will come with each pack. You may draw your own clothes and hair altho you may never offer those to your members as lines. You MAY NEVER offer tubes of my bases naked, A bathing suit is fine, hair must also always be applied. You may never alter my bases except to change the eye color. Never change the face {including shading} or the base color or shading.
Tubes
My tubes are NOT to be resold. You many Not add something to them and put them in your members area or resell them. You are to use them for end use only. Web Sets, Sig tags, premades etc. No blank tags either. You may NOT use my tubes to make a tag prop and then sell them or put them in your members area. You must add text at all times when using my tubes. If you make any websets you may put in blank banners or buttons and tell them they are ONLY allowed to use them for PERSONAL use. And you MUST have a link to my site on any set you make. Any and all terms from all disbme sites also apply here.
Do NOT share them with anyone. You buy one pack that pack is for you. You may never change my shading or colors, and u MAY NEVER draw more clothes or hair for my tubes even if they come as naked bases.
If you ever have any questions no matter how big or small always ask me instead of just doing it. I’m doing this to protect my terms as well as the terms of those memberships I have used here. No recoloring allowed, EXCEPT eyes, if there is no other eye colors available with the pack YOU MAY recolor those. Nothing from this site is ever to be shared. Or used as is unless it comes from the as is section. You may never draw anything like clothes or hair for my tubes, they are a tube pack not an outline pack.

Purchasing for a friend
If you would like to purchase anything as a gift please state that in your order. I can either email u a gift certificate for them. Or email the product directly to them for you. Please specify this in the friend comments/ questions section.

WordPress/Webset Templates Conditions of Use.
- These templates are for your personal use only. You may not share the templates as they  are, nor may you share the templates even if you make changes to them. They are for you to create your own wordpress/webset themes, for your own site.

- Credits for The Limited ( http://disbme.com/thelimited) must remain intact at all times in the footer of the templates. This includes any altered theme(s). You may change the theme templates to suit your needs, but even then credit must remain intact as I have it in the templates. My credits must remain at all times no matter what.

- You may not create other templates from mine for free or for profit to share with others, this includes but is not limited to your member’s or customer’s. I do not offer a license for templates to be used in this manner. You may only change them for your personal needs.

- You may not create themes for others. There is no commercial use allowed for my templates, they are for you to design your own WordPress/Webset themes for display on your own site(s). If you would like to be able to create themes to sell/or put in your members area you may purchase a license from The Limited. Commercial Licenses are $30. You can buy an individual license with each template if you would prefer to do it that way. Those will be $5. But you will only be allowed to use that one template for commercial use.

- The Limited templates may not be used for any sites I would not let my 5 year old son view. My site url is on each template I make and I do not want to be associated with any sites that contain more than a G rating (General audience).

- Licenses may NOT be purchased if you have not purchased any of my templates. There is no need for these licenses if you have not purchased any templates. These licenses are NOT needed for themes. WordPress themes have different Terms of use, as they are for personal use only and not creative purposes. If you have any questions please just ask
