There are different terms, depending on the type of purchase, and these may be updated without notice. You must make a note when you display my As Is sets in your member's area that the copyright belongs to disbme. PLEASE make sure your members do not give you credit for the copyright to my lineart, bases, and tubes! I am seeing this happen all too often, and I really do not want to stop offering my creations AS IS. All AsIs purchases are for protected member areas only, and not to be re-sold.  They are NOT to be altered except for what is specifically stated.  You may NOT offer anything "AsIs" from my graphics.  This includes any lineart you color, they may not be sold as "asis" tubes, tags, etc. Under no circumstances is anyone allowed to make tags or other graphics from my lines and offer them without shading.  "Flood filled" is NOT shading, and may be mistaken for lineart.  Please make sure all lines/bases are shaded before offering for use.  Thank you for understanding.

If my terms continue to be abused (it does already state do not claim my copyright) I will stop selling as is lineart, bases, and tubes. Your members must use my logo I provide for you with each "AsIs" pack to link back to me on each page the graphics are displayed for sale, or in member areas. ----- Tube Pack Terms of Use: You may use them to make sigtags, websets, premades, stationary, Incrediskins, etc. as long as it's "end use". You may not share them, alter or recolor, use offline, claim as your own, etc. You may animate them, You must make a creation from them, making them your own, just adding text is not a creation.
 

----- As Is Tube Pack Terms of Use: You may use them to make anything that you want to, as well as place them inside your member's area (password protected areas only) for your member's use. Your members are welcome to use these, per your terms of use. You may not draw your own outlines to go with them, such as clothing, hair etc. except for personal use, where applicable. You may not re-sell them, or place them in a public access area that is not password protected! There is no altering allowed. You may NOT edit what is already there... this includes the base outlines.
 

----- Clarifying For all pack purchases: The AsIs packs themselves aren't allowed outside a member's area, but the licenses themselves, the logos for any purchases, including tube or line packs and theme week packs need to be on a credits page ... like your memberships page, outside the member area. The tube and line packs that are NOT AsIs do not have to be linked in the members area because they are for your own personal use... they just need to be on a page accessible outside your member area... just like you link your memberships, and like most terms of use for other sites and shops. The AsIs packs need linked in two places, with the packs themselves in the member area, AND outside the member area, accessible to the public, like your credits/membership pages. AsIs packs and licenses may not be re-sold!! They are for one site only! You must purchase one license per site you'd like to add them to, AsIs licenses are 1/2 price for each additional site, or new (co-) owner. You may NOT move any AsIs items to another site after they've been already added to one... you must purchase another license (at 1/2 price per pack) if you want them at another site. Fair is Fair, these packs are usually sold limited, they aren't really limited if I let them be added to a million sites. I try to be as fair and accommodating as possible... I will not tolerate nor reply to rude or hateful e-mails.
