- We do not not HAVE to sell ANYTHING to anyone we choose not to, if you have been proven to have stolen graphics, or abused copyright or another site's terms of use we will not sell you a membership, please do not ask.

- You do not have to have a website to join. If you have a website you must give me the URL. If you state in your terms of use that anyone with a members area has to give you access to their member area so you can make sure they are following your terms of use, then I too require that you provide me with access to your members area. I will never use anything in your members area without first purchasing a membership from you.  If you have a website, you MUST display our website logo *OR a text link, on your site within 7 days of joining. I will check our members sites periodically to make sure that our logo is displayed there. If your membership expires and you continue to use anything from our website you MUST continue to display our logo on your site.

- Once you receive your username and password there will be NO refunds for ANY reason. Please make sure that you want your membership BEFORE purchasing.

- You are not allowed to share your username or password with anyone. I do track IP's, and if you are caught doing so I will immediately revoke your membership and all rights to use our graphics WITHOUT refund. Please recommend our site to your friends instead.

- You must ALWAYS color and decorate our outlines before you can use them for anything. I do not give ANYONE rights to use our outlines as is in their members area, or anywhere else.  We do sell "asis" outlines and tubes from time to time in our shops if you are interested please stop by there.

- NONE of our tubes are to be shared with ANYONE. You MUST make a tag, web set, adoption, premade, wallpaper, stationary, etc. out of them before displaying them anywhere.  You MUST add more than just text to the tubes... even just grass, or a little scene etc. is fine. Just not only one tube and your name please.  I'll work with anyone, so please feel free to email me anytime to ask if your uncertain. It's better to ask than violate our terms of use. You MAY sell your creations from our tubes if you wish, but you may NOT sell our tubes, or add them to any collection, anywhere.

- You may NOT resize our outlines ever, for any reason. If you really want something larger/smaller than please email me, if I have time, and I am able I will do it for you. This is not something I do everyday so please do not expect me to do it often.   -You may NOT remove parts of our outlines to use with other outlines... not even our own outlines.  Please use them as they are, or draw your own add ons... do NOT tear apart mine to make something else from them. You may remove a few pixels if you need to make something fit right, but if your changing a LOT of pixels, then I'd like to look at it before you use it.
Usually if your using an outline though you like it how it is so it's not generally a problem, I just want to make things as clear as I can.  * You may alter the outlines for animation purposes, if it's extensive alterations I'd prefer to see the changes before you use it... I'm not trying to be unreasonable... just protecting our work.

-You must ALWAYS give credit to disbme for anything that you use. A text link at the bottom of the page is fine,
You MUST display our logo or a text link on EACH page that one of our creations is on... not just a "general" some tubes by disbme on one page.

- You may not alter our graphics in anyway. If you want something re-colored etc. Please email me and I will do what I can to help you get what your needing.  * You may change the hair color, eye color, or skin tones on any of our tubes that are marked clearly as being okay to alter colors.

THERE ARE TO BE NO TUBES OR GRAPHICS SOLD "ASIS" FROM OUR LINEART!  If you would like to purchase a license from us for $100.00 you are more than welcome to tube our original lineart from disbme only to sell in tube packs from a shop with an "asis" license.  Your customers may only use them for "end use" projects.  Lineart credit must be given on all packs sold asis, a logo stating the tubes are by you, and lines are by us is acceptable as long as it has our url: http://disbme.com on it.  Anyone breaking this term will be banned and all rights to any graphics ©disbme will be revoked.  Please have RESPECT for Artists and always ask if it is okay to do "AsIs" graphics from their art.  Thanks!

- Outlines and your results from our tutorials may be TUBED to use in your members area or sell in your shop only with a tube license, which costs $40.00 in addition to your membership fee. You may NOT offer the outlines, you can offer the tubes you make from them.  A complete record of commercial tube license holders will be displayed on our site.  There is a one time fee of $40.00 for the Commercial Tube License.

- If you wish to write tutorials using our lineart, you may, but you MUST purchase a tutorial license, which costs, $30.00 in addition to your membership fee Current Tutorial license holders are the only ones with permission to write Tutorials with our lineart.  You may NOT offer the outlines, but you can write a tutorial using the outlines, using the "count pixel method" etc.  You may not offer our outlines in the tutorial themselves.  If you need clairfication on this please ask.  Credit for the original outline MUST always be given to disbme. You MUST display your tutorial license within each tutorial that you write, as well as on a credits page.

- You must NEVER claim copyright to ANY of the creations from disbme. The original copyright will ALWAYS remain with disbme and/or the original creator. You may claim your creation, but NOT the copyright. I do offer tubes to our members that I have made from our memberships to other sites. It is against their terms of use for anyone to claim copyright to their creations, and the same applies to disbme creations. Please always give credit where credit is due.

-NOTHING on this site is to be shared EVER. You are more than welcome to make tags etc. for sharing, but you are never to share anything as it is.

-If you have ANY questions what so ever that I may not have covered here PLEASE email me BEFORE you use the graphic in question. It will help solve any potential misunderstandings before they happen.

-There is to be NO hot linking to anything on our site. If you are caught doing so your membership WILL be revoked, with NO refund.

-I do reserve the right to change any or all of our terms at any given time. For this reason I ask that you regularly check for changes.

*- We will only trade memberships with Sites that are listed on our Wish List.  If we trade with you and your site closes, you will no longer have access to our Members area... fair is fair.  Although we appreciate each and everyone of our trades, if the sites we trade aren't updated at least once per month we will have to terminate the trade. We work very very hard on our sites and try to give our members the best possible service we are able and we would like that in return. I hope no one is offended by this, its in no way meant to offend. Just something we would like everyone to know.
